You'll work directly with client families as their relationship manager. Responsibilities include:
Virtual client communication and engagement over video and email.
Documentation of new tasks, preferences and feedback from families.
Prepare for meetings with updates, clarifications and recommendations based on client's home life.
Strong social and communication skills
Computer and web skills with a willingness to learn new software.
20-30 hours availability per week
